This Bootcamp will be held virtually, via Teams.
Registration is free and open to both NIH and non-NIH researchers.
The Bootcamp is an introduction to visualizing, analyzing, checking and getting to know FMRI data in all its glory; we make particular use of the AFNI software package to facilitate this. The course will be most useful to you if you are already analyzing or will be analyzing some FMRI data shortly thereafter---it is not a detailed introduction into how FMRI works. For the present course, we are focusing on visualization, single subject analysis and quality control. We delve into topics of alignment, templates, and linear regression along the way.
Please subscribe to AFNI-Digest for upcoming bootcamp announcements. Further information and news will be posted on the AFNI Message Board, where you can also post queries (and we may even read and answer them!).
